The Fostering Educational Opportunities Foundation is a California charitable foundation and has been designated a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Service Code Sec. 501(c)(3), which allows all donations to be recognized as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

With no paid staff and our Board of Directors funding the administrative costs of the Foundation, 100% of all donations go directly to scholarship recipients.
